I was always fascinated by cooking. Back in the day there wasn't any Food TV channels, but there was cooking shows on PBS on the weekends. I would love to watch these shows: Jacques Pepin, quite simply the master cuisine. Rick Bayless and his show Mexico One Plate at a Time," never missed it. Lidia Bastianovich, the Italian master chef. Nick Stellino the showman. Of course, Emeril Lagasse who changed TV and cooking shows forever.
